Thomas Weber
President & Founder
For more than 26 years, Tom Weber has guided families across the Midwest through the complexities of retirement. As a recognized professional in retirement distribution strategies, he specializes in helping clients create efficient income plans, navigate Roth IRA conversions, and minimize unnecessary taxes.
An independent advisor, Tom works outside the influence of big banks to provide objective strategies tailored to each client. His background as a coach and educator shapes his approach — clear, collaborative, and focused on empowering clients with knowledge.
Tom founded Weber Financial in 1999 after graduating from Marietta College. Since then, he’s built a reputation for helping people preserve and protect what they’ve earned while preparing for a confident retirement.
Outside of work, Tom is most proud of his family. His son Derek serves in the Air Force Reserves and as a police officer in Charlotte, NC. His daughter Deidra is a physician assistant specializing in oncology in Washington, DC.

Administrative Assistant
Since 2001, Jill has been a cornerstone of Weber Financial. She specializes in client relations and case design, helping to ensure every client feels informed and supported throughout their financial journey.
Jill holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and a master’s degree in Education, along with licenses in Life/Health and Property/Casualty insurance, plus a Series 6 registration. Her expertise and commitment make her an essential resource for both the team and the clients they serve.
