Thomas Weber

President & Founder

As a well-known provider of retirement distribution strategies in the Findlay, OH area, Tom Weber uses integrated planning to specialize in retirement distribution planning, and Roth IRAs and conversions. Tom has a sincere passion for assisting people to make sound decisions for their retirement and financial future.

 

Tom Weber works independent of the big banks and will help you design your plan to potentially maximize your retirement nest egg.

 

He is a graduate of Marietta College. Prior to focusing solely on the financial needs of his clients, he worked as a coach and teacher at both the high school and collegiate levels. He established Weber Financial in 1999 and has enjoyed helping the good people of the Midwest preserve, protect and defend their retirement plans from unnecessary taxes.

 

Tom is a proud father of two grown children. His son Derek serves our nation in the Air Force Reserves and as a police officer in Charlotte, NC. His daughter, Deidra, is a physician assistant specializing in oncology in Washington, DC.

Administrative Assistant

Jill Schroeder has been with Weber Financial since 2001. She specializes in client relations and case design. She has a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, as well as, a master's degree in Education. She also maintains licenses in Life/Health, and Property/Casualty and a series 6 registration. With these qualifications, she is committed to keeping her clients informed, and serving in the best interest of their financial needs.
